    I purchased 2 laptops from this seller. They are locked because were stolen from their owner (Konica Minolta Business Solutions), I opened a case with the security company that monitors these devices (Absolute Persistence), and they confirmed that they still belong to Konica. I'm gonna call Konica at the phone listed on the laptop screens and send them the evidence they're aware of this situation and can tell me what to do.I will not send stolen items by courier for a refund from the seller.

    Very solid and as described. It did ship with a dead bios battery that I had to replace but other than that it's a great value. Shipping was fairly quick and packaged well.
