  The product I received arrived in Amazon packaging. The original box was inside a mailing envelope and looked as though the box had gone through the shipping process several times already. The item(s) was incomplete due to the actual cutter for the die was not present within the packaging or the tool itself, rendering it useless. I then had to go through the return process and deliver the package back to a pick-up location for the return process. This item was not inspected before sale.
