  Packaging was horrible, with nothing really protecting the bone necklace (it was in a Ziploc baggie inside a thin bubble mailer), but it thankfully arrived in one piece. It looks just as pictured, and is what was claimed, as far as I can tell! Seller was nice in messages as well.
