  It's took awhile to come and the communication was rather difficult with the seller, they didn't provide a tracking number at first. I was going to leave negative feedback but when I receive the item I was more than happy. This is as I would describe spectacular if you're thinking of buying a bath then you should place an order with this company. It's arrived well packaged and protected. It came via TNT delivery network and I didn't have to pay any import duty or taxes. Definitely recommend.

  The whole process was easy, seller was great at responding very quickly to all my questions along the way and the bath was delivered in the time scale , taking the Christmas holiday into consideration 😀

  The bath is exceptional. Arrived really well packaged and protected and the finish product is stunning. Khizer answered all our questions promptly and kept in touch. This was a bespoke size bath to fit a small bathroom and the sizing is perfect. Thank you for a great job. AAAAAA+

  Seller cancelled order a month after ordering. I contacted the seller 2 days before expected shipping date to make sure everything would be sent on time, however turns out the order will be late. Whilst I sympathise with seller's reasoning for late delivery I said I was happy with the new delivery date. The seller then pressured for me to cancel the order and re pay which I refused but the seller cancelled the order anyway against my wishes and without giving me time to think.
