  Giving the overall item a “Neutral” rating, but rating the “Shipping” time as “5 stars” (the item arrived quickly), and the “Item Description” as also “5 stars”, because TECHNICALLY speaking—the item arrived new, in an unopened packaged as it was described. HOWEVER—the item was a total piece of junk that you could likely find at a flea market in one of those $2 junk bins (I’m not even exaggerating in the smallest). We ended up having to chunk it and go to Lowe’s and buy another one—waste of $.
