This was an inconvenience, but the seller was nice enough to send another one when I contacted them. 2. Meanwhile, a couple of days later the original shipment showed up, but the quality was not sufficient. We have proof that it was dropped off. Normally, when an item does not track, we report a lost package and wait for USPS to report back, then we ship a replacement based on their report, which takes time. As a courtesy, we immediately shipped another item free of charge. Secondly, We were never made aware of any issues with any of the products you received. If we had been notified, we would have gladly corrected the issue.
