    Item shipped quickly, and arrived well within the timeframe shown on the listing. Item was packaged absolutely amazingly; tons and tons of padding, bubble wrap, foam, etc. And it was the item shown in the listing. Unfortunately, despite this, it was broken in shipping. This really woke me up to the risks of this, because it was definitely NOT their fault. They immediately issued a refund, and let me keep the unit. Maybe someday, it can be saved with replacement parts and extensive shell repair.
