  Packing was totally insufficient for a breakable item, it arrived in pieces and then comes the jumping through hoops to get a refund.

  I refunded the money. I requested pictures of the packaging and you could not provide any. Since you could not provide pictures, I only asked you to return the item and follow ebay rules for a refund. There was plenty of packaging paper, wrapped in carton in a padded envelope. I am sorry the item arrived broken.
