  Cue is visibly warped and unusable seller implied it was not and in good condition.

  Allow me to add some details to this:1) I fully inspected the pool cue before listing it, including rolling it over several flat surfaces, and found no warping. 2) The buyer never messaged me saying there was a problem, not once. I would have happily worked with them to find a solution. 3) The buyer said the pool cue was "unusable," but still chose to keep it. Why keep a $150 "unusable" pool cue? Again, I would have been more than happy to work with the buyer, but was never given the chance.
