  Absolutely gorgeous bowl. It came packaged extremely well, protected box in a box with bubble wrap. The bowl is as described, was shipped quickly, and the price was fair. I've been looking for one of these for quite some time. Now I can gift this to my daughter who loves this pattern! So happy! I'd buy from this company without hesitation.

  The 14-inch plate was wrapped very poorly. It arrived broken. When I complained that the wrapping was poorly done, that's why it broke. The person was extremely rude to me, the seller got very ofended and took it very pernonal and cursing me. I have video of the broken plate before i open the box with the iden shaking the pieces inside. This seller have no respect to customer.

  Hey Rob. Sorry the plate broke in transit. I do my best to protect my items but I'm sorry you felt that my wrapping job was inferior. Aside from that I never cursed at you and you started the conversation very aggressively and I answered with sarcasm. Not cursing. English is clearly not your first language by your spelling and grammar so it's possibly a mistranslation or something but not cursing.
