My Chair leans tot he side and has too much movement side to side for it to last very long. I bought this one for home, for $20 dollars more we bought a different chair for my office and it is a much better option. For the price difference the seat cushion is much thicker, the arms are adjustable and there is adjustable lumbar support. This chair should be a hard pass at this price.
