  I don’t believe this water bottle was new. It had a few scratches on it and it was packed with a big dead bug in the drinking cap. I washed the bottle out with a little bleach and dish detergent. Very disrespectful how it was packed with a dead big bug inside the cap. Whoever wrapped this did not care!

  This item was ABSOLUTELY brand new, and it was even wrapped in bubble wrap to protect it. How a bug got in it with a closed lid is beyond me. This buyer NEVER contacted me about this, nor did she give me an opportunity to address it. Instead, she chose to leave neutral feedback. I have been selling on EBAY for more than 20 years, and I would never sell something differently than how it is listed.
