  Open box yes, but has been used or at least temped to be use it. The dust tape broken on the back plate and the screws for the wires were undone, normally they are screwed down if new. In good condition though.

  I love this coffee pot. Its the perfect color for my kitchen and is easy to use and clean. It arrived in excellent condition and the price was good. It is the perfect size and is a little bit narrower than other duo pots I've compared it to.
