This strap order was cancelled because you thought you were buying a royal oak watch in rose gold for $199!

This was delivered over 6 weeks ago. Never got any message about this. Did you order the correct strap for the correct reference? This is for the Royal Oak, not offshore model. Very unfair feedback.

Purchased this buckle. Was told the tang may be to small. Tang was fine when I received it but the buckle it self was to small for my thick canvas strap. He has a no return policy but I thought that after explaining the problem with photos he would honor it if i paid shipping. No such luck with this seller. Wanted me to send it back on my own without him accepting the return through ebay. So he could minus me the 5 dollars it cost him to ship it to me. Obviously I wasnt doing that so he denied.

buyer was told his strap wouldn't likely work with our buckle as it was for a watch other than an Audemars. Its documented in our message exchange. He said he would buy it any way and would make it work. Then he wanted to return. No problem except he would have to pay for the shipping. He refused. So now he has left negative feedback. This is unfair. We have 100% positive before him. Now he is trying to get revenge on the shipping charge with negative feedback.
