  ITEM IS GREAT. I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR SO GOING CORDLESS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO. NO CORDS TO GET WRAPPED AROUND MY WHEELS. QUICKER AND FASTER. HAD VERY SO DELEIVERY.

  So the seller posted no guarantee but it was a open box so I personally think that they knew it was junk and didn’t work but I don’t know for sure I contacted them, but they never got back with me at all and I paid as much as a brand new one actually more just to throw it in the trash  not to happy about that

  Love these. I use it as a regular vacuum but found reusable mop pad cartridges (not really sure what you call it) which work well without the cost of replacing them frequently.
