  Positives: Good quality item at a great price. Well packed. Negatives: ordered on a Sunday night, item not dispatched until the Wednesday, when the Wednesday was the date offered by eBay as delivery date. However, the seller did respond quickly to my request to find out when I would receive it. Overall, use seller if you aren’t in a hurry, but if you need things quicker there are faster suppliers out there.

  Item as described and arrived very quickly. Internal packaging was a bit flimsy which resulted in the tins being a bit bashed about however there were no leaks so all is well. Price was very competitive. Many thanks.

  This seller is the worst seller that I have ever had because I bought 1 bottle air flow sensors cleaner in 29 April the seller said the item will be delivered on 1 or 2 May but they lied and they have not sent the item so far and they say we posted the item while I have not received any item so far and they taken the money for themselves that’s why I do suggest for everybody do not buy anything this seller from because they robbed. Please do not buy anything from this seller.

  So impressed with APD that I bought from them again. Carrier lost package during transit which did eventually turn up , but damaged 10 days later. These guys couldn’t have been more helpful - replacement sent out immediately with no fuss, puffing, blowing or bluster. Very professionally dealt with considering they were not at fault. They’re awarded six stars from me!!! Thank you.

  The tin of grease turned up damaged, and most of grease in packaging, this fantastic company had another tin dispatched within 1 day to replace it. What I call really good customer service. Thank you
