  I often have bad luck with my online purchases so I got a little impatient when the items status didn't get updated to shipped after three days and I messaged the seller. Who responded politely and professionally and the next day my item arrived. Only saying all this to make it worth the sellers time when I was bugging him and he was working on my order so sorry and thanks again

  The product was a CAPA certified hood latch. It fit & worked perfectly. The package took way too long to be delivered but that is not on the seller it is on the USPS. Not sure how it is in your area but the USPS has there issues where I live. Again, the seller & I communicated several times during the shipping delay and he was always professional & prompt with his responses. Overall, I would highly recommend Apex CarParts.

  The item I receive the box was damaged and the item was damaged and it wasn’t delivered to the right address. It was delivered a mile down the road to my neighbors.

  Very satisfied with this purchase, my original order didn’t arrive even though it was marked as delivered and the seller went above and beyond to send a replacement with even faster shipping than original. Great communication with seller would recommend doing business with them!!

  Never received grill and Fedx couldn't track with wrong address. Four emails to seller and no response. This isn't how you run a business and I now understand why they have negative feedbacks. I would not try to buy from them again and suggest you do the same. It really pays to view a seller's feedback because it gives you good information that's important to your purchase.
