  Excellent packaging, prompt shipping except for USPS not delivering it when they received it. The shams are in excellent condition and described as such. Retail value was on the shams package and therefore I received an excellent value when purchasing them. I wasn't sure they would match the quilt I bought from another source, but they are perfect and make the set. Seller was in contact with me regarding the question I posed to her, and I definitely would recommend her as a seller. A++++

  The seller sent a message to let me know when the package had shipped, which was nice. The item was well-packaged inside its box (with recyclable materials!) and arrived in good time. The item looked exactly as the photos had shown, and the seller had been open about any flaws.
