  2nd order for a different size shelf which they shipped together, and my review still stands Part is exactly as advertised, a correct fit for my freezer. It was well packaged and arrived on schedule vis UPS . Even though it was listed as open box, it's condition was as New/unused. They offered me a discount on the already valued price, compared to what the manufacture lists. Very happy with my purchased and would buy from this vendor again !!!

  The item was new and shipped out and received in a timely fashion it happened to be the part when I received it and I contacted the seller and they answered all my questions in a timely manner and I decided to return the item for a refund and they paid for the shipping back and returned me faster than expected so even though it was the wrong part it was still a very good experience they ain’t many online stores that provide the service that they have

  Part exactly as described, or in better condition. Worked perfectly and seamless as a replacement. Was packed snugly, no skimping on easy transport material to nickel & dime costs. Return label and instructions included with the package shows an empathy and understanding of the customer mindset - when DIY repairing, you're already stressed with the situation. Any and all help prearranging any possible setbacks is a gift that must be appreciated. Great company, will buy from again if necessary.

  The refrigerator control board worked perfectly as described. The part was well packaged when shipped. Saved hundreds of dollars! Would definitely recommend and buy from Rabin Services Group again.
