  I purchased a 50-inch Hisense smart TV, listed as used and new, open box, on October 1 from Powerwave2000. The TV arrived on Oct. 6. When I opened the box and set it up, I found the screen was damaged. I contacted the seller about the damage, included a photo, and asked for a Return Merchandise Authorization label to send the TV back to him. He responded, “Wow, that’s really bad,” and blamed FedEx, but never provided the RMA label that I requested. I asked him again for the return shipping label
