This is what it looked like before someone taped it all together. As the winch is very heavy, it appears the courier didn't move it corrently which led to the damage. We'll upgrade and improve the package further to avoid the same issue in the future. Can you please check and confirm if the winch and accessories inside are still good or anything is missing? We'll be responsible to solve this issue.
