  Issue with Royal Mail delayed delivery but it was dispatched quickly so no blame with seller who answered my query quickly. Item is great and it’s a great value by this seller. Packaging could be more secure as the box was a little beat up during delivery process.

  Good quality item,value for your money priced items,had issues with the delivery of items as they arrived a week later than was expected because of postal issues,not sender’s fault also items were delivered damaged,seller was made aware of these issues,customer service and care was fast friendly and issues were resolved and replacements was shipped quickly and efficiently, Would recommend and use again.

  10/10 seller. Truly a credit to ebay. The first pond was "lost" in transit !! The seller had posted it out, courier mislaid it. After one message to the seller they offered to send another pond. This time it arrived safely, Much appreciated sending a second one at their expense. Big THANK YOU, and it's just what I wanted. Good price too.
