  A slight delivery issue at the start. Messaged Arthur after 2 weeks of the initial order to let him know that it hadn’t arrived yet and he sorted the issue quickly. His communication was great. Item arrived just over a week later. Product was as described and packaged well. Can’t wait to read it.
