  Very helpful seller - there was a problem with my delivery, but absolutely no fault of the seller, who came straight back to me, and did their level best to sort the issue. In the end, it was the parcel courier who claimed to have delivered, but actually didn't deliver until 6 days later! The seller kept in close touch, couldn't have reasonably done more to help and sort the issue. Highly recommended seller.

  My Elemis arrived this morning and outer packaging was fine but unfortunately when I opened the box, which was perfectly sealed, the lid of the jar was not closed properly and half of the cream was all over the inside of the box. I know this is not your fault as it was packed at the source but it’s not mine either I feel rather upset as I paid in good faith for a full jar and it has made such a mess the remainder I don’t think is usable swirling around the box.
