    We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your purchase. As was clearly stated in the product description, this camera was sold with a non-working exposure meter and a constant shutter speed. The item was also outside of our 30-day return policy.     The lens arrived on time, it was very well packed, postage costs were reasonable. It is in immaculate condition as described and I consider it to be excellent value. This is the 1st time I have purchased an item from Japan but it won't be the last. I would recommend Artefact Labo to anyone who wants good quality genuine goods at a very reasonable price.
