  Spot on, quick delivery and MOSFET is exactly as described. Impossible to get just one of these anywhere else, might be cheaper per unit online but you have to buy 50+ at a time so this auction was a great way to get just one for a decent price. Packaged really well, even came in an individual anti-static bag. Recommend this seller no worries at all. Cheers!
