  I thought this would be a great product and for the price it sure seemed like the company was going to be reputable, I was wrong. There customer service is pretty much none existent, there shipping is by far the worst you will ever experience, and they only care about taking your money. Yes it does sound a little harsh but I ordered my product the 8th still hadn't been shipped till the 16th and I still may not get it, I tried to get a refund before they shipped it and they said no refunds.

  The first item was damaged in shipping. Alloyworks was very helpful, took care of all of the problems, and shipped a replacement radiator. It's a good company and I wood buy from them again, Plus it was a good price.

  As good as you can get! Build is perfect, fit is perfect, packaging perfect, customer service perfect. One little detail I had was that even with all the foam cushioning in the box the fan still broke off the shroud- thanks Fedex. Customer service wasted no time in getting me new brackets.

  Great item, the cap didn’t fit to snuggle and I reached out to see if possibly they could send me another one. They didn’t have anything different than what was sent so they offered partial refund . I am awaiting for the refund at this time. The communication they had with me was very helpful and very prompt with getting back with me. I would be definitely using them for future purchases!

  Arrived quickly. The seller had a good quality product. Worth the value. Good condition. Packaging was good. Appeared to be in great condition. I had to send back due to error in my husband sizing but they accepted return quickly.
