  Item was received quickly and in new condition as mentioned in the production description. The quality of the packaging was top notch. The box was sturdy and the contents were well protected. I had been looking for days for this product at a reasonable price. Most sellers wanted too much and their product was used. Much appreciated to this seller for their reasonable pricing. Will consider them for any other electronic items I may need.

  A+++++++ This is truly the best eBay experience I've had in my many years on eBay. This seller was stellar in every way. Value beyond expectation. Laptop computer was better than described. It has touch screen, and I was able to register it with Dell and have a 4 year ProSupport contract included. Shipping speed was lightning fast. They shipped UPS the next day and I received it in 2 days. Packaging was extreme and needed as UPS crushed the shipping box, but the computer and box were perfect.

  Shipping was very fast and came at the correct estimated time. The packaging was very secure with the packing peanuts to keep the product from breaking. Came as described on the site, had everything besides 1 clamp which can be replaced. Very good condition for the value. 👏

  I was surprised how fast it came I was expecting it to be a little bit longer but it was here in days. The packaging was very nice it was well wrapped safely wrapped. Everything came in as described all the accessories with it were wrapped up with it and they were wrapped up nicely. I do value what I get when I do the mailing from other places that's being shipped to me. Sometimes you don't get what you're asking for or less of what you're asking for so I appreciate that everything came so fast.
