  Took over a month to get the shocks and I had to follow up after several weeks to get an update. Ordered rear only and they sent rear and front. Do not recommend getting these shocks for an Outlander 1000 XMR. Would have loved my money back. The only option was to let them resolve the issue with the 30 day ride guarantee, but there was no way I was waiting another month for something else to try. This was an absolute waste of time and money.
