I don't think it helped that it was sent out wrapped in bubble wrap and inside a padded envelope. First time that I ever had a hard drive mailed out without a cardboard box and it ended up being defective. Maybe it's just a coincidence. 🤷♂️ The seller returns messages in a timely manner and once the drive was returned I received a refund.
