  I was sceptical about this item but I couldn't be happier with it. It works great, it looks great, price is good, and all of the components are new. I highly recommend it. If you want wireless android auto or car play I also found an adapter for about $30 that makes it wireless

  All in all, not a bad buy for MUCH cheaper than in the States. Of course, this is coming from China, though they must have stock in place because took only 2 days to get here. I purchased this to upgrade my Sync2 to Sync3. I had DTCs on the APIM and a few other modules. Contacting Remote support was hard as they are in China, BUT once contacted and figured out the remedy, the DTCs were remedied pretty quickly, they sent a GPS antenna that fixed gpsissue, i get a Nav error but only for a sec now

  Features and functionality are as described. Shipping was fast and customer service had a quick response. The only thing that I could nit pick about is the lighting on the display being brighter on the edges and slightly dimmer in the middle. With the lighting being on the edges it is understandable. Otherwise the install was very simple and was setup with the features of my vehicle.

  Just installed in a 2015 Lincoln MKX. Item came well packaged and Kit contained everything need, except at torx bit. The torx bit is required to remove mounting bracket from old screen and to install brackets on new screen. Radio did not work with factory GPS antenna. I had to install antenna that came with the kit. Need to make a few tweaks still. Splash screen is Ford vise Lincoln and I'm missing heated steering wheel. I will work with Forscan to get these options vise remote CS.
