  Seller accidentally dropped item just prior to shipping, and refunded sale right away. Excellent communication even though I didn't receive item (Life happens). Would shop her store again, if she finds another cookie jar I like.

  I think this seller is a kind person. Not only was the packaging and condition of the item excellent, but it also contained a letter addressed to me and a gift painting. The letter was written in my native language, and the painting was done in lame ink, which was very beautiful. It wasn't just a simple transaction, this showed the seller's thoughtfulness, and I was deeply moved. I will introduce letters and paintings to the extent that it does not cause inconvenience to sellers.
