  My first order came in damaged from shipping and had leaked throughout the packaging. I reached out to this seller and they responded within 24 hours. I showed them pictures and explained what had happened, and they apologized and immediately shipped another one out. The new bottle arrived and it is in perfect condition. This seller is great, and if I needed something else they had to offer I would definitely buy from them again!

  I’ve ordered this item for my husband birthday . When I received a bottle, the front was damaged even though the item came in sealed .I have contacted the seller and received respond very quickly. I was notified that the replacement item will be sent to me . I received the new bottle within a few days. The issue was definitely fixed very quickly. I would buy it from the seller again.

  Bad business with slick cover up tactics. I purchased the merchandise at the listed price. I was messaged almost immediately saying the item was out of stock and to start a refund request. In actuality the item was and still is in stock but the price is $44 higher than my original purchase price. A couple of days later I receive an update showing it has shipped "UNTRACKED" . Instead of taking the small loss and shipping what was purchased they chose the bait and switch combined with lost in mail

  Perfume received new in box, with plastic wrap still attached. Box was mildly crushed,but this was probably from shipping, as the seller shipped it in a bag and not box. Small detail, but the seller lists items shipping from Jersey, but this was shipped from Seattle, just to be aware of timing if purchasing
