  The rubber tip of my countertop plug pulled off while attempting to drain for cleaning. It went up into the machine. I tried unsuccessfully to remove the bottom. I contacted the seller to insure that the rubber tip was on the plug. Seller replied quickly. I ordered and my problem has been resolved.
