  There was an issue with the courier, as Evri claimed the item was damaged during the shipping, which is hard to believe giving the nature of the item. The seller stepped but the item was never delivered or returned back, eventually the seller issued a refund. Although in purchase did not conclude the seller is a trust worthy and provided a great customer service through out the process.

  Unfortunately the courier (EVRI) let the seller down and failed to make a successful delivery. Obviously the seller sent the item but I did not receive the item. I received a full refund from eBay, so I am not unhappy but would rather had a successful delivery. I have ordered the same item from the seller - let’s hope they use a different courier !

  Item was listed as new, sealed. Arrived out of packaging in a plain postage box, with some small scratches. Emailed seller to try and resolve but didn't get responses until after I requested a refund. Refund was given with no issues but the experience was negative overall hence the feedback
