  It arrived in a box that looked like it had been thrown from a 10 story building, but the inside box was ok. Haven’t installed it yet, but it looks just like the original.

  Received order in a timely manner and this is where it started to go downhill. I received incorrect damaged item. No biggie it happens. The issue is contacting them. The response is quick but in order to get an answer they need to reach out to another department which apparently doesn't work often or not at all. I have been waiting almost a week for the "back office" to get back with them. Then today I get the same exact incorrect item that I received the first time.
