    For our non memorabilia items: We are not the manufacturer of these items; we resell items we have purchased at auctions, clearance sales, liquidation sales, Estate Sales, Yard Garage Rummage charity sales, business volume discount deals Etc. We are a small family business. We are very experienced shippers with over 25 years in business.     Advertised as brand new. Was clearly used when we opened it up. Contacted the seller who refunded us. However, they also stated they buy things at yard sales & don’t always inspect everything before they sell them. I would highly suggest you ask if they checked your item before you purchased from them..
