  I was a bit disappointed at first because everything got a bit beat up in transit, and I was missing 2 anchors. I took pictures and initiated a return. The seller offered me a partial refund of $90 that I declined. However, after looking through everything, I put it together anyway and everything was straight and in the correct position. I was only missing 2 concrete anchors. I then asked the seller for a partial refund of $20, and they sent me the $90 anyway! Great seller!

  This seller is great! Amazing communication, and everybody I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. The lift I purchased is exactly as advertised. After having a horrible experience with another online retailer, I was hesitant. This seller was the exact opposite of what I had experienced before. Highly recommend. I'll be buying from them again.

  This item can be bought from a lot of sellers. I chose this seller because they are known for excellent communications and they have several shipping locations. I asked too many questions because I tend to overthink everything. They answered every question in a timely manner. I finally ordered this lift on a Friday night. It shipped on Monday and since I live about 5 hours from the shipping location, I picked it up on Tuesday. It is in new condition. Very Happy, I recommend this seller to all.
