  Very fast shipping! Amp draw 1.3A at 13 Volts = 17 Watts (listing said 15 Watts, so very very close). They get hot = some of that power is dissipated as heat. But light output is still very good, and light beam has a sharp cut-off line. Not waterproof, but that can be fixed with some silicone/sealant around the cable and lens. Note: you can run yellow and white light simultaneously, but power use and light output remains same as 1 color (yellow AND white dim to about 50% each, if BOTH are on).
