  I bought an item for £210 and returned it in the same exact condition I received it. The seller refunded only £105 and refused to refund the remaining balance, claiming the return was “damaged.” This is false — I have clear photos/videos showing the item and packaging were intact when I returned them. If damage occurred in transit the seller should claim on their shipping insurance, not withhold part of my refund.   I didn’t know I needed a special connection for these. I was offered a partial refund without returning them when I initiated the return, since it was my fault for ordering them without due diligence- fair. I took it. I haven’t been able to try them, but they look cool! Good seller
