  I placed an order with them and they ran out of the parts and instead of canceling and refunding me they sent me plastic tops and still hadn’t refunded me.

  Installed on a 2019 VW Jetta. A week later, a P0196 (Oil Temperature Sensor) code showed up (these sensors are supposed to measure oil level and temperature). Faulty sensor. Unsatisfied.
