The additional surprise card(s) would come from the same franchise and not another franchise (you wouldn't receive a Magic the Gathering card for a Pokemon TCG card order, a YuGiOh! order wouldn't randomly come with a NeoPets card, etc.).

The card is fine but it took a long time to get here because there is a postage due stamp on it. Sellers should stop using top loaders and find alternative ways to mail cards that are going into envelopes; use card savers or the cardboard ones instead. Some post offices are starting to reject envelopes with top loaders in them; I recently received an envelope that was damaged because of a top loader.
