  I purchased the item...when it arrived, a belt that was advertised by the seller was missing...I had to write to her more than once so she would understand that I was complaining about the missing belt, and now...she has blocked my access to her account, and I can't communicate with her...

  The seller has been very flexible I have make a mistake on my address and he was able to fix it without problems, he asked to my questions always clearly and finally the item has a very beautiful packaging and it is really cool.
