  Almost exactly as depicted, it still worked but did not come with the spacer so had to improvise the fitting. Packaging in original packaging with card around it but considering the item maybe a bit of padding would have been good. Overall still happy with this the seller did mention they contacted Motobat and they no longer supply the spacer, so good communication, and they did try to resolve the issue it unfortunately was not in there control.

  Great E Bayer 100% recommended. Placed ordered with seller which was dispatched. My purchased was either destroyed or opened and stolen by a post office employee. And I received an empty package within in a post office plastic bag. I informed this great seller who within 24 hours sent out and I received replacement purchase.   Parts at an excellent price, received next day after ordering, the oil filter received was the incorrect one however the incorrect part was rectified immediately at no extra cost and received the correct one the day after. Excellent service, will be using this company again.

Even taken parts back if I've ordered by mistake with no problems or excuses.
