  Had an issue the seller didn’t respond right away but eventually they did and we worked it out I ended up with a partial refund because the item I received wasn’t the one in the picture. I bought a dsi Pokemon version and I got one it just wasn’t the one in the pictures so the bottom screen needed to be replaced they did give the refund which I’m using to replace the screen.

  The rating for this product is well deserved!!!! The quality and condition of this product was well beyond description. I could not tell if the product was used or not. This is what products should look like when you have a passion for collecting figures no matter what they are. The value for this particular product was good but when I saw the product and how well it was incased it felt like I underpaid for the item! Almost felt a little guilty. Great appearance Like new!
