  Item was unopened and brand new. Appreciate that they reached out and gave me a discount that I couldn't refuse. The box has a little ding in it, but the product inside looked great. The item was shipped out quickly and arrived quicker than expected. Overall, high quality service.

  Because what I had ordered was out of stock, the seller offered any other item from their store instead to be shipped. It was great because the only other item they had was from one of my favorite Mecha anime, Patlabor, and was a really good deal in exchange for the RX-88-2 I had ordered! My only complaint would be that after this was communicated, the seller missed their deadline for delivery and never communicated anything to me again. That's why it is only 4 stars.
