    Unfortunately, this product is the most disappointing one I’ve ever purchased. The quality is terrible — both wagons are missing their wheels, and the railway track is incomplete. Honestly, I regret spending £50 on such rubbish.

As I mentioned prior to your order, the wagon wheels are shipped separately and should be arriving shortly. If for any reason they haven’t arrived yet, please let me know so I can track the shipment for you right away.
