  The item came looking much worse than the pictures. I contacted the company and they said they mentioned it in the description. But l don't agree they said it has pill not that it is washed out and in poor shape

  First let me say I'm a individual (NO COMPANY) I accepted a offer of $10 for this shirt discounting it $5. My listing said the material had piling to the fabric / see pictures for exact item description .I have sold many clothing items from HOT TOPIC & most for more $ with all positive reviews. The flannel shirt was only wore a couple of times. I don't agree with the washed out poor shape statement in the feedback. Buyer sent message stating they wasn't going to leave a negative. LOL
