Great communication too. Even the way they were protected was top notch, shipper must have hit with a big forklift. I love my Titan pump jack scaffolding, it is a quality product, extremely well built and at a great price. You can’t go wrong with Badger Ladder, take it from a General Contractor with 45 years experience. I’ll be buying more equipment from Badger Ladder for sure.

The product was not well packaged and arrived in a taped up, damaged box, but the steel product was not damaged at all, and the seller had instructions for reporting a damaged box on delivery. I will buy from this seller again.
