    Buyer reported a broken bulb. I offered a refund for the bulb and extra for the inconvenience, or a full return per eBay's policy. The buyer declined both and later stated they had extra bulbs. I strive to handle all concerns fairly, and I regret that we couldn’t reach a resolution that prevented negative feedback.
